Cookie policy
Last updated 18 October 2026. This is a draft for legal review.
Cookies are small files a website stores on your device. Similar technologies, such as your browser's local storage, work in much the same way. This policy explains which ones this website uses and how you stay in control. For how we use personal data more generally, see our privacy policy.
Your choices
When you first visit, we ask whether you allow analytics and marketing cookies. Both are off until you choose, and rejecting them is as easy as accepting. You can change your mind at any time with the Cookie settings link at the foot of every page.
Essential
These are needed for the website and booking to work, so they are always on.
- sh-consent-v1 (local storage): remembers your cookie choices so we do not ask again. Kept until you clear your browser storage.
- Security checks: when you send a form, Cloudflare Turnstile runs a check in a frame from challenges.cloudflare.com to confirm you are a person. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
Analytics (only with your consent)
- _ga and _ga_[ID] (Google Analytics): count visits and show us how the site is used, so we can improve it. Kept for up to two years. Google Analytics does not load at all unless you allow analytics cookies. See how Google uses information from sites that use its services.
Maps (only when you ask)
The home and contact pages show our address with a Show map button. Nothing from Google loads until you press it. The map then loads in a frame from google.com, and Google may set its own cookies, such as NID, under its own policy. See how Google uses cookies. The Open in Google Maps link opens Google's own site in a new tab.
Marketing (only with your consent)
We do not use marketing cookies yet. If we add them, for example to measure advertising, we will list them here and they will stay off unless you allow them.
Browser controls
Most browsers also let you block or delete cookies in their settings. Blocking essential storage may stop parts of this website from working.
